MAI WA Instant Japanese Ramen Noodles are specially developed for the preparation of authentic Japanese ramen dishes. They are made from high-quality wheat flour, water, salt and alkaline mineral water (Kansui), which ensures the typical color and elastic texture. These instant noodles have a mild, slightly salty taste that goes well with various broths such as miso, shoyu or tonkotsu. The noodles are ready to eat in just 2-3 minutes and are suitable for both classic ramen soups and Asian noodle pans.
